When my wife and I decided to buy our first house our friends recommended Kristina. From the start we were very impressed with her enthusiasm and wonderful personality. Kristina was very helpful and patient with us. Over the course of 2 years we looked at what seemed like 100 houses. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and would tell give us information about neighborhoods that we would never have known unless we actually lived there. We put in 4 bids on 4 different houses. We went under contract twice. The first house we went under contract with, the appraisal came back less than the offer price. Kristina was honest and suggested we pull out because it was not in our best interest to continue the sale. When we found the home we ended up buying (which was better than the first one!), Kristina held our hand throughout the entire process. She even negotiated terms for us that we did not think we could get. She was always available anytime we had questions and always had our best interest in mind. Kristina is great and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kristina was the last realtor we interviewed, and within a few minutes, we knew she was the right fit. Our instincts were correct.
